PRESENT CAPITAL STRUCTURE
At present, the authorised share capital of the Exchange is Rs.6507800/- consisting of 6507800 equity shares of Re.1/- each. The Issued, Subscribed and Paid Up Capital of the Exchange is Rs.29,90,000 consisting of 29,90,000 equity shares of Re.1/- each. The shares of the company are in physical mode.

Jaipur Stock Exchange Limited presently has 740 listed companies with a paid up capital of Rs.5688.50 crores of the listed companies. Out of which 135 Companies have their registered office in Rajasthan.
